Our Founder

Dr. Nichols is a Leadership Performance Strategist and the founder of Nichols Leadership LLC. His expertise is marked by a 30-year U.S. Navy leadership career, four decades of leadership development experience, and 2 doctoral degrees. His work focuses on helping organizations close the gap between leadership knowledge and leadership execution. Most leaders already know what to do—the real problem is inconsistency in doing it. That inconsistency erodes accountability, weakens culture, and impacts performance.
