About Us
Nichols Leadership is a personal development business led by founder and owner Dr. Kenneth Nichols. Dr. Nichols is a retired Naval Officer with over 30 years of leadership experience. He holds dual doctorate degrees, a Ph.D. in product management, and a DBA. Dr. Nichols partnered with Leadership Management International, Inc. (LMI) in 2021 to broaden his capabilities to facilitate leadership and management courses. Dr. Nichols’ knowledge, skills, and abilities, coupled with LMI’s exclusive spaced-repetition process, create a synergy that has been utilized for 50 years to help individuals and organizations develop to their full potential in performance and productivity. The process allows individuals and organizations to identify and focus on what matters most in executing desired attitude and behavior changes that result in increased productivity, effectiveness, and profitability.
