As a professional service owner, I am energetic, devoted, and committed to every customer I serve.  I make my customers the primary focus while creating a leadership training environment conducive to growing and learning.  I offer course content in an influencing manner through current and life events to keep the participants engaged and growing. As a leadership educator, I want to help clients attain their full potential in all settings and life phases. A cornerstone within my teaching philosophy is to develop clients’ ability for critical thinking. They are able to straight away follow the practical know-how found in their day-by-day lives to measure upgrades.

Facilitating clients allows me to display the intrinsic value of being a lifelong learner to every customer I train.  I will go above and beyond to ensure the leadership training environment is exciting and beneficial to instruction, learning, and achieving goals.  I have no greater joy than seeing my clients reach their goals.

Nichols Leadership is a personal development business led by founder and owner Dr. Kenneth Nichols. Dr. Nichols is a retired Naval Officer with over 30 years of leadership experience.
